Return and Refund Policy

All products in this store are produced on demand. Because each item is made specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, incorrect product selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

We will review requests for a replacement or refund only if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered.

To request support, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

If the issue is confirmed as a production or fulfillment error, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

No return shipment required for damaged items unless we specifically request it.

Wrong address / undeliverable orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier first.

If tracking does not update or the package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will review the case with our production and shipping partners.

Non-returnable items

Because all items are produced on demand, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Wrong color ordered by the customer
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Delayed delivery caused by carrier or customs
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
